As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will oversee and grow relationships with key enterprise clients to maximise revenue opportunities.
Develop strategic account plans tailored to client needs and business objectives.
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities across the client portfolio.
Act as the main point of contact for enterprise clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless solutions and support.
Monitor account performance, track KPIs, and provide regular reporting to management.
Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
5+ years of experience in enterprise sales or key account management.
Proven record of achieving sales targets and growing client accounts.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Familiarity with CRM software and enterprise sales processes.
