Senior Solutions Engineer

As a Senior Solutions Engineer, you will collaborate with clients and internal teams to design, develop, and implement technical solutions that solve complex business challenges.

Analyse client requirements and translate them into scalable, effective solutions.
Provide technical guidance and support during pre-sales and post-sales processes.
Develop and deliver product demonstrations, presentations, and proof-of-concepts.
Work closely with engineering and product teams to customise solutions and address client needs.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to maintain high levels of client satisfaction.

Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
5+ years of experience in solutions engineering, software implementation, or technical consulting.
Strong understanding of software architectures, APIs, and integration processes.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and client-facing skills.
Ability to manage multiple client projects and deliver high-quality solutions under tight deadlines.
