As a Senior Compensation Analyst, you will evaluate, design, and manage compensation structures across the organisation.

Conduct salary benchmarking and market analysis to maintain competitive pay practices.
Provide insights and recommendations on salary adjustments, bonuses, and incentive programs.
Collaborate with HR, finance, and management to ensure compensation strategies align with business goals.
Develop and maintain compensation reports, dashboards, and documentation.
Support policy development and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Qualification
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in compensation analysis or HR analytics.
Strong analytical, Excel, and data management skills.
Knowledge of compensation trends, market data, and HR systems.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
